- When ordering tickets, you will be asked to select an organization that your charitable contribution will help support.
If you don’t already have an organization in mind, please look through the list above. -
A charitable contribution is the amount you pay that is more than the value of the merchandise, goods or services received.
The Rusty Ball General Admission Ticket is $50 - $20 Value = $30 Charitable Contribution. The Rusty Ball VIP Admission Ticket is $75 - $40 Value = $35 Charitable Contribution -
The proceeds of The Rusty Ball, less the expenses, will be disbursed among all Beneficiaries on a pro-rata basis determined by the percentage of ticket sales for each beneficiary.
Example: Organization #1 sells 5% of total tickets, 5% of The Rusty Ball's proceeds, after expenses, will be disbursed to Organization #1.
This does not include basket raffle, silent or live auction items that are donated for a specific organization. Proceeds from those items will go directly to the specific organization.
For example, Organization #1 submits Golf Clubs for Auction. They sell for $400 = $400 to Organization #1. -
Your charitable contribution may or may not be tax deductible depending on which organization will ultimately receive the benefit:
A charitable contribution to a 501(c)(3) organization is a tax-deductible donation.
A charitable contribution to a NON 501(c)(3) organization is NOT a tax-deductible donation.
